Toll Free VoicemailHow will it work?Your toll free number will be set to ring in to a voicemail number that we will assign to you. Your toll free number will directly ring in to this voicemail (it will not ring in to one of your lines first). This is great to use if you are away from the office, on vacation, over a weekend, or if you would like your customers to listen to an informational message from you. You may redirect your toll free number to ring to one of your phone lines at any time by calling our customer service center. To check your voicemail, simply log in to your email. You will instantly receive an email once a message is left. Click the attachment and listen to your message (messages are not transcribed – you will actually listen to their voice). 
How do I set it up? Our voicemail is very easy to set up. We will send you instructions via email, along with your voicemail number and password. Simply dial the number, wait to hear the default greeting and press “*”, dial your assigned password, follow the prompts from there! Additional Info: Accounts that sit idle for 30 days or more are in jeopardy of being shut off. You may want to dial your voicemail every so often to ensure this doesn’t happen to you. Q & A:How much does it cost to start? The voicemail and virtual fax together are just a one time fee of $10.00How much does it cost per minute? When your toll free number is ringing in to your voicemail/fax number, the rate is 4.5 cents per minute for continental US calls (this excludes Washington state which is 11.2 cents per minute). Is there a monthly fee for either voicemail or fax? Just $4.00! How long does it take to get set up? We will email voicemail/fax information to you within one business day. If you place your order by phone that same information is likely to arrive within 20 minutes of processing. You can start your voicemail/fax set up as soon as you receive our email! How many calls can come in at once? Multiple callers will be able to get through to your voicemail/fax at the same time. How long can my outgoing message be? Up to 3 minutes in length. How long can the callers message be? Up to 5 minutes in length. Can I call to retrieve my messages? The only way to access you messages and faxes is online – either at our website or through your email. What happens if I do not get any calls for 30 days? You may lose that voicemail/fax number – but feel free to give us a call us and we will be able to set you up with a new one at no charge. Remember, the best way to prevent this is to dial your number every so often. |
